I came in with an engine light on in my truck. I had been sleeping in the truck camper while skiing so it was imperative I get it checked out. I came in with no appointment and they helped me figure out whether it would be safe to make the drive back to CT. They also topped off my tire pressure and took the time to explain everything. I cannot say enough good things about this crew. Truly exceptional service.

I was traveling North up to Sheffield VT From Connecticut to pick up my camper. My transmission control module stopped communicating and the truck was stuck. After having it towed to the dealer they were able to get my truck in that week and have me back on the road home. I’m very happy with the service they provided me, Definitely got me out of a jam!

I recently used the service department for my first time. I have used the parts department for over ten years with nothing but great service! My experience with the service department was just as good, which is what I was hoping for, and received! The communication was what you wish for, but don’t tend to get very often. Hello I recently purchased a used 2022 ram rebel from this dealer, I never drove it or looked at it in person.. I totally relyed on my salesman Matt, he took the time to video it and send pics, he started it and drove and gave me his own honest opinion on it. Let's just say I purchased it and am extremely happy with it. So my Consensusis is that they are a very honest and reliable dealership. I truly enjoy the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone based on my personal experience.

I have had nothing but great experiences with St J GMC Service. I trust them completely. There have been several times that I know they could have “upsold” their service recommendations and never have! Great folks to deal with you. I will keep using them even if they charge a bit more.

Have to be the most pleasant and willing to help a guy in need service team I have come into contact with. I had an issue with my diesel exhaust system and have a foreign vehicle. I was turned away by 3 other dealerships and every garage I could contact. The team here was willing to do everything they could and ended up fixing the issue. I've traded vehicles several times in my lifetime and I have to say that Ashlyn made this easy and completely stress free. She is very knowledgeable, she asked what I wanted and found it within 24 hours. She walked me through all the features but most of all she made it fun! The entire team in St. J were incredible. They were experiencing nationwide computer issues, but they made it happen and they all did it with a smile.
Couldn't have asked for better service! Came in with our 2024 GMC Siera 2500 hauling a 33' camper with an issue of no trailer brakes. Right away they knew the problem and they were able to get us in and out within 2hrs. Great Job!!!!
