I spoke with Matt Ritchotte about what I was looking for. Came to the dealership, drove the car, got some numbers, decided quick. I was in a time crunch to purchase the vehicle. Was in an out in 4 hours driving away with my new SUV. Thank you to Matt, Doug, Amy and the crew who cleaned my car for a smooth and quick purchase!

Service staff were customer oriented. When I called for an appointment the service representative took time to check with the parts department to be sure the had all the parts in stock before confirming a time for my appointment. When I arrived was greeted and advised to take a seat in the waiting area and they would get my vehicle right in. As they were replacing front and rear brakes I was prepared to wait about 3 hours. An hour and a half after I arrived I was heading home. A pleasant surprise.

My sales person Dean and the rest of the team were great, very helpful they explained everything in great detail from start to finish so I knew what to expect. I will definitely send anyone I know there to buy a car or truck.

The people were very personable and kept me informed on what was going on with my repair.

After tire rotation, I noticed a low tire pressure warning light on about 10 miles from the dealer. I did not have time to return so I just stopped at a gas station and added air.

Our buying experience at St Johnsbury was extremely positive the moment we walked into the dealership. The price for our new truck was fair, and competitive. Our buying situation required some unusual accommodations, but the whole staff made it work.
